The nomination forms for the 2024 Leaders & Honors Awards are available below. Applications for Winter 2024 awards will be accepted until January 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Unfortunately, no late award nominations or supplemental materials can be accepted after this deadline. Students/student organizations may self-nominate, nominate peers, or may be nominated by a faculty or staff member.
